Maa TV enters final

HYDERABAD, MAY 1. Maa TV will take on GE-CIS in the final of the CII Silver Jubilee Corporate Cup cricket tournament at Gymkhana Grounds on Sunday. In the semifinals on Saturday, Maa TV recorded an eight-run win over Dr. Reddy's Labs.

The scores: Maa TV 159 for nine (Ramakrishna 32, V. Ramdass three for 39) bt Dr. Reddy's Labs 151 in 29.3 overs (Balvir Dubey 59; Varaprasad three for 22).

GE-IBC 175 (Sreekanth Putta 62, Shankar Turdly 31; Ramji Ganesh four for 25) lost to GE-CIS 179 for one (Clive 92 not out, Gulshan 52 not out).
