KOCHI, MAY 1. Vigyan Rail, an exhibition on rails that showcases the country's achievements in various fields of science reached the city on Saturday. The Dean, Faculty of Technology, Cochin University for Science and Technology (Cusat), C.P. Girijavallabhan, inaugurated the exhibition. The exhibition is being organised by Vigyan Prasar, an autonomous organisation under the Union Ministry of Science and Technology. Kochi is the second stop for the 12-coach train in the State, which came after a five-day stay in Thiruvananthapuram. The public can have free access to the exhibition at the train parked at platform No. 5 at the Ernakulam South station, entry being through the eastern gate at Karshaka Road.
