Qualifiers spotted

BANGALORE, MAY 1. The league phase of the All-India rugby sevens tournament was completed at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium here on Saturday and after two days and 40 games, the qualifiers were decided for the Cup, Plate, and Bowl challenges respectively.

The qualifiers:

For the Cup: Chennai Cheetahs, Calcutta Cricket and football club, Sri Lankan Airlines, Bangalore Rugby And Football Union, Bombay Gymkhana, Future Hope, Maharashtra State Police and the Indian Army.

For the Plate: Bombay Babas, Calcutta Police, Tamil Nadu Police and Orissa .

For the Bowl: Delhi Lions, Bangalore Hoysala, Chennai Irish, Greater Bombay Police, Young Rugby Club, Delhi Cobras and the Old Boys.
