NELLORE, MAY 2. A keen observation of the election process in Nellore district by the vigilance committee of Lok Satta has revealed that most of the election manifestoes of political parties, have not made any mention about literacy, population control, protection of environment and empowerment of women. The other findings included the `partial failure' of the Election Commission in fairly conducting `fair' poll.
