PATHANAMTHITTA, MAY 4. The UDF committee here has made elaborate arrangements for the election rally to be addressed by the AICC president, Sonia Gandhi, at Thiruvalla tomorrow. The UDF district convener and District Congress Committee president, K. Sivadasan Nair, said that the Chief Minister, A.K. Antony, the AICC general secretary, Ahmed Patel, and the KPCC acting president, P.P. Thankachan, would accompany the AICC president to Thiruvalla. The public meeting will be held at the Public Stadium at Thiruvalla town at 1 p.m. The Special Protection Group and the district police have made elaborate security arrangements at the venue.
