HP, Wipro take honours

BANGALORE, MAY 4. Hewlett Packard ended up with a 1-1 draw against ICICI One Source in the final league match of the Corporate football league tournament conducted by SPT.

Both HP and ICICI ended up with 37 points each but HP emerged the title winner as it had conceded less number of goals.

In the B division of the same tournament, Wipro was already assured of the title when it went into the final league encounter against Sasken. Wipro won six and drew one match in its league encounters to finish with 19 points.

The top five:

A Division: 1.Hewlett Packard, 2. ICICI One Source, 3. Infosys, 4. Media Associates, 5. Intel.

B Division: 1.Wipro, 2. HSBC-BPO, 3. Motorola, 4.Sasken , 5. Progeon.
