Man kills wife

NEW DELHI, MAY 7. A 40-year-old woman was allegedly stabbed to death by her husband who subsequently stabbed himself in his house at Samaipur Badli in North-West Delhi today. He has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of Trauma Centre.

According to the police, Sukhpal, a resident of Swaroop Nagar in Samaipur Badli, often used to fight with his wife, Sehlata, over petty issues. Today around 11 a.m., Sukhpal picked up a fight with his wife and stabbed her with a knife in a fit of rage. She died on the spot. Subsequently, Sukhpal stabbed himself in the stomach.
