PONDICHERRY, MAY 8. The District collector-cum-Returning Officer,V. Candavelou, the French Consul-General in Pondicherry, Michael Seguy, Mohammed Moustaffa and Ezhlane, delegates in the France-based Superior Council of French nationals residing abroad, today paid homage at the War Memorial on the occasion of the anniversary of conclusion of the Second World War.
