No breakthrough in child kidnap case

HYDERABAD, MAY 8. The Nampally police were yet to achieve a breakthrough in the alleged kidnap of a six-month old baby boy, Saleem, from Niloufer Hospital early on Thursday. Saleem was allegedly `taken away' from his mother, Ghousia Begum, at the hospital.

The police were examining the possibility of an unidentified couple being behind the alleged abduction. The Nampally police inspector, S. Anil Kumar, said the police were yet to gather vital clues.
