KOCHI, MAY 9. As part of its continuing legal education programme, the Bar Council of Kerala will organise a three-day "residential workshop" on various branches of laws for selected lawyers at Munnar from May 11. According to the Bar Council secretary, N.S. Gopakumar, a "residential workshop" was being held for the first time for lawyers with a standing of less than 10 years. As many as 75 lawyers from various parts of the State have been selected for the workshop. The workshop would be inaugurated by the Supreme Court Judge, K.G. Balakrishnan. Justice Cyriac Joseph would be the chief guest. High Court Judge, eminent lawyers, doctors and teachers would address the workshop. Medical-legal issues would also be taken up for discussion at the workshop. Cyber laws and administrative laws would also come up for discussion at the workshop.
