UDUPI, MAY 9. A cyclist was killed when he was knocked down by a lorry at Kambadakone in Byndoor Police Station limits on Saturday night. Subbayya Devadiga (45) was riding a bicycle, when the lorry, proceeding from Bhatkal to Kundapur, came from behind and knocked him down at Kambadakone Junction on National Highway 17. Devadiga died on the spot. A case has been registered at the Byndoor police station.
