College for women, Kumbakonam, beloved wife of M.F.I.Joseph Kumar & affectionate mother of J.Ceasar Sathyan and author of "Kudiarasu Ithazh Kavithaigal" expired at Erode on 04.05.2004. A committ ed Periyarist, she had a glorious teaching career. Her eyes have been donated and her mortal body to Perundurai Medical College, near Erode as a mark of her continuous association with and token contribution to the cause of education.
