Training programme on technical call centre

COIMBATORE: The Small Industries Service Institute (SISI) will offer training programmes in IBM mainframe, technical call centre and embedded systems at its training centre here. A release from the SISI said that the courses would commence on May 15. The IBM mainframe training would be for two months. The training on embedded systems would cover subjects such as embedded Linux and assembly language.
