BIJAPUR MAY 13. The Union Minister of State for Railways, Basanagouda R. Patil Yatnal, said here today that the Congress should not be part of the next Government in the State as the verdict of the people was against it. Addressing presspersons after the announcement of his election from the Bijapur Lok Sabha constituency, he said the Janata Dal (S) should lend a helping hand to the Bharatiya Janata Party in its efforts to form the next government in the State.
