Partly cloudy sky; rain likely

The city recorded a maximum temperature of 32.3 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 22.4 degrees Celsius on Thursday.

The relative humidity was 90 per cent.

The city also recorded 6.9 mm of rainfall.

At the airport, the maximum temperature was 32.0 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was 22.0 degrees Celsius.

The relative humidity was 53 per cent.

The forecast for Friday is: the sky will be partly cloudy with rain or thundershowers likely in the evening or night.

The maximum temperature will be about 33 degrees Celsius.

For the poor

The Sapthami Trust, in association with Century Galaxy Developers Ltd., will collect used clothes, household articles and furniture on May 16 and May 17 from citizens in and around Diamond District, Airport Road.
