NEW DELHI, MAY 15. NDTV Ltd on Saturday expanded its board of directors with the inclusion of Infosys Technologies Chairman, N. R. Narayana Murthy and CII Director General, Tarun Das. PriceWaterhouseCoopers former Chairman, Amal Ganguli and Seagull Foundation for the Arts Peaceworks Programme Coordinator, Indrani Roy, also joined the board as independent members, NDTV said in a statement here today. NDTV has also received the listing and trading approval from BSE and NSE and its shares are expected to start trading from May 18. NDTV's IPO, which began from April 21, was aimed at raising Rs. 109 crores for working capital requirements and to repay Rs. 38 crores debt.
