New TRS MPs call on PV

WARANGAL, MAY 15. A group of TRS members of the Lok Sabha on Saturday called on the former Prime Minister, P V Narasimha Rao, at his New Delhi residence.

Speaking over telephone, the Hanamkonda MP, Boinapally Vinod Kumar, said he formally called on Mr.Rao as he was the first MP to represent the Hanamkonda parliamentary constituency since it was declared in 1777. Mr. Vinod Kumar is fifth MP to represent the constituency.

Earlier, the Hanamkonda constituency was represented by P V Narasimha Rao, Kamaluddin Ahmed, Janga Reddy and Chada Suresh Reddy.

Mr. Rao exchanged pleasantries with newly-elected MPs and recalled his association with the leaders and people of Hanamkonda.
