Junior ranking badminton from June 26
BANGALORE,
MAY 15
. The Union Bank All-India junior ranking badminton tournament will be held at the K. Raheja Stadium here from June 26 to 30.
The qualifying rounds will be held on June 27.
Over 600 players are expected to participate in four age groups — under-19, under-16, under-13 and under-10 — in the boys and girls section.
A total prize money of Rs.one lakh is on offer and the performance in this tournament will be considered for selection to the Indian team for Junior World Championship in Canada and for the Commonwealth Youth championship.
The tournament is being co-ordinated by Padukone Sports Management.
