Addressing a press conference, here today, the Lok Satta convenor, N. Listing out the charter of demands before the newly formed Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy's Government, Mr. Narayan advised the Government to Right to Information Bill in the newly constituted Assembly. He said the Lok Satta had prepared a `model legislation' for the proposed Act which would soon be submitted to the Government for its perusal.
