Capco Capacitors takes trophy

HYDERABAD, MAY 16. Capco Capacitors recorded a five-wicket win over ADP Ltd. in the final of the inaugural KG Dreamz Cup cricket tournament at Lal Bahadur Stadium here on Sunday.

Batting first, ADP Ltd was skittled out for 125 in 24 overs and in reply, Capco Capacitors reached the target losing five wickets.

Special prizes were given to Girish of Deccan Chronicle (best batsman), Raghuveeran of Press Club (best bowler) and Prashanth of IDBI (player of the tournament).

Former India captain Mohd. Azharuddin gave away the prizes.

The scores: ADP Ltd 125 in 24 overs (Viswanath 31) lost to Capco Capacitors 126 for five (Montu 35, Imtiaz 35).
