MANGALORE, MAY 16. Five high schools in Belthangady taluk have recorded 100 per cent pass in the Secondary School Leaving Certificate examination, according to the Block Education Officer, Sheshashayana Karinja. They are Vani English Medium High School, Belthangady; Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheswara English Medium High School, Ujire; Morarji Desai Residential High School, Machhina; Government High School, Perla Baipady; and Government High School, Mundaje. The pass percentage was 84 in the taluk with 2,253 of the 2,684 candidates making the grade.
