ADILABAD, MAY 18. Distribution of over 40,000 quintals of subsidised certified soyabean seeds through 19 centres in Adilabad district would commence on Wednesday. This has become one of the most important activities for the farmers since the soya crop has steadily given good results to farmers in the district. The HACA would distribute about 25,000 quintals of seeds whereas the remaining quantity would be distributed by the APOILFED at the 19 centres including Adilabad, Jainad, Bhainsa and Utnoor. Joint Director, Agriculture, Mr. A. Ramaiah, said this year the distribution of seeds has been taken up in a planned manner so as to check the rush of farmers.
