Raj Kumar-Ravinder duo posts win

HYDERABAD, MAY 19. Raj Kumar and Ravinder Reddy defeated Anwar and Sashidhar Reddy 19-21, 21-15, 15-12 in a hard fought league match of the beach volleyball championship conducted by the Hyderabad District Vollyeball Association at Musheerabad Playground, Hyderabad, on Wednesday. Raj Kumar and Ravinder Reddy will clash with P. Krishna Reddy and Jameeluddin in the final match to be played on Thursday morning.

The results (league matches): Ghouse/Kiran bt R. Reddy/Prasad 21-16, 21-17; Raj Kumar/Ravinder Reddy bt Anwar/Sashidhar 19-21, 21-15, 15-12; P. Krishna Reddy/Jameeluddin bt R. Reddy/Prasad 21-16, 21-19; Anwar/Sashidhar bt Vinod/Sashidhar Reddy 21-14, 21-14.
