Easy for ONGC

PERIAKULAM, MAY 19. Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC) registered a 68-45 victory over Vijaya Bank Bangalore in the Summit league of the P.D. Chidambara Sourya Narayanan memorial trophy all-India basketball tournament here on Thursday.

The results (League): ONGC, Dehra Dun 68 (Nishanth Kumar 22, Suresh Renot 21, Mohit Bandari 10) bt Vijaya Bank, Bangalore 45 (Murali Mohan 16, Sreenivasa Gowda 10). Quarterfinals: IOB Chennai 66 bt Diesel Loco Works, Varanasi 56; Indian Army, New Delhi 62 bt KSEB 40.
