BPCL announces Rs. 11.50 per share final

CHENNAI: Bharat Petroleum Corporation has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 11.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2004. The share transfer books and register of members of the company would be closed from July 30 to August 26 for this purpose, it added.
