Anand XI snatches exciting win

BANGALORE, MAY 22. Anand Sweets XI snatched an exciting four-wicket win off the last ball over Herons CC in the M. Visweswaraiah Cup cricket tournament here on Thursday. Herons made 166 for six in 30 overs with Maharishi top scoring with 56. Anand Sweets XI made 167 for six in 30 overs, with the winning run coming off the last ball of the match.

The scores: Herons CC 166 for six in 30 overs (Maharishi 56, Manjunath Bhat 29, Raghav Dhiman 25) lost to Anand Sweets XI 167 for six in 30 overs (Gaurav Rajaram 69, Manish 46; Sumanth three for 30).
