Car bomb blast in Iraq

BAGHDAD, MAY 22. A car bomb exploded today in front of the home of an Iraqi Deputy Interior Minister, injuring him and killing at least five persons, including four policemen.

Abdul-Jabbar Youssef al-Sheikhli, Deputy Minister in charge of security, was slightly injured in the forehead and right arm, said Hassan Hadi, a Health Ministry official.
