KOCHI, MAY 22. The Chief Staff Officer (Operations), Commodore G. V. Babu, inaugurated a war memorial built by the National Ex-Servicemen Coordination Committee (Kerala) near the Government High School, Mulanthuruthy.

The general secretary of the committee, K. P. Saithalavi, delivered the keynote address.
