38-run win for Gold Star Club

NEW DELHI, MAY 24. Puneet Anand (three for 25) and Amarjeet Singh (three for 26) helped Gold Star Club defend its modest total of 184 and beat Shanti Academy by 38 runs in a league match of the Cambridge Foundation under-19 summer league cricket.

Gold Star Club 184 in 27.5 overs (Gurpreet Singh Namdhari 53, Kunal Dobal 39, Neeraj Bansal 34, Amit Kumar six for 33) beat Shanti Academy 146 in 29.3 overs (Praveen Pawar 73, Shoaib Prasad 37, Puneet Anand three for 25, Amarjeet Singh three for 26).

Remal Club 204 for nine in 30 overs (Kuldeep Kumar 50, Sunil Dabas 40, Dhruv Shikhar four for 31) beat Tagore Public School 150 in 24.3 overs (Mohit Kumar 55, Rahul Rathore four for 18, Sumit Kumar five for 23).
