Matrix Lab board nod for share allotment

HYDERABAD: The board of directors of Matrix Laboratories on Tuesday approved the allotment of 11.25 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Newbridge Investment, an investment vehicle of Newbridge Capital, at Rs. 1,500 per share. It also approved the allotment of 11.25 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Maxwell (Mauritius) an Investment vehicle of Temasek Holdings at Rs. 1,500 per share. The board also reconstituted various committees.
