Cuddalore
By Our Special Correspondent
CUDDALORE, MAY 25. The `H' ration card-holders can officially delete the `H' symbol by approaching the respective Special Tashildars (Food supply) and the District Supply Officer. By doing so, they would regain their eligibility to draw their entitlements from the fair price shops from July 1,2004, according to a press release from the Collectorate. The release said that the official cancellation of the "H" symbol would be done on all working days from 10 a.m. to 5.45 p.m. (excepting during the lunch recess between 1.30 and 2 p.m.).
