KBCA wins Sunday Cup

BANGALORE, MAY 25. Kanara Blues Cricket Academy notched up a seven-wicket victory over Basavangudi Cricket Academy in the final of the Sunday Cup under-12 tournament.

V.R. Gautham top-scored for the victors with 70.

The scores: Basavangudi Cricket Academy 124 for 5 (Shreyas 39) lost to Kanara Blues Cricket Academy 125 for 3 (V.R. Gautham 70).

The special awards: Man of the Series: V.R Gautham; Man of the Final: V.R Gautham; Best Batsman: Shreyas; Best Bowler: Vamseedhar; Best All-Rounder: V.R Gautham; Best Fielder: Bharath Prashanth.
