Automatic Trunk Booking Service commissioned

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, MAY 25. An Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) for automatic trunk booking and call processing has been commissioned on an experimental basis at the Central Telephone Exchange here.

For booking and for cancellation of trunk calls, subscribers have to dial 180 and then follow the instructions given by the IVRS.
