Bongaigaon pays 50 p.c. final

CHENNAI: Bongaigaon Refinery and Petrochemicals has reported a net profit of Rs. 303.74 crores for the year ended March 31, 2004 against Rs. 178.45 crores in the previous year. Total income has increased to Rs. 2,950.28 crores from Rs. 1,939.88 crores. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5 per share for 2003-04. This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 2.70 per share paid in December 2003, says a release.
