NEW DELHI, MAY 26 . Ajeetesh Sandhu posted one-under 71 to lead the field by one stroke after the first round of the IGU Categories junior/sub-junior golf championship at the Classic Golf Resort in Gurgaon, near here.

The scores:

Category `A' (under-17): Ajeetesh Sandhu 71, Tashi D. Kidwai, Anirban Lahri and Himmat S. Rai 72, Aditya Singh 74, Kunal Balhara 75.

Category `B' (under-14): Amanjyot Singh and Raghav Wahi 75, Fatebir S. Dhaliwal and Rudresh Sharma 78, Amarjeet Singh 79.

Category `C' (under-12): Abhijit Chaddha 74, Ajay Verma and Kail 81, Khalin Joshi 83.
