Crowd management

Sir, — This is to highlight the manhandling of devotees at the Tirumala temple. The guards in the sanctum sanctorum physically pull the people, irrespective of their age. What if the elderly people fall and sustain injury? It is one thing to regulate crowds but manhandling is quite another.
