Churning out quality hotel operators

Coromandel Institute of Hotel Management ( CIHM ) was established in 1994 with a view to provide high quality education in hotel operations alongside practical operations. It was promoted with the view to provide firm groundings in key managerial areas. CIHM is not only registered with the world- renowned institute of American Hotel & Lodging Association, U.S.A but also a certified learning center of the Punjab Technical University, and offers B. According to Mr. Ganju, the hospitality and tourism industry is one among the top three employers worldwide, employing more than the combined strength of agricultural sector, steel, textile, auto and electronics industries. The institute so far has been able to justify the demand by providing 100 % placement. The success is due to the innovative and holistic approach adopted by the institute in training its students.
