SITA eyeing acquisitions

NEW DELHI, MAY 28. SITA, the country's largest inbound tour operator owned by the Rs. 500 crore Kuoni India, is planning to acquire companies in the domestic and international markets, particularly South Asia and West Asia.

In Nepal, the company is eyeing a firm specialising in adventure activities while in UAE it wants to set its feet by acquiring a company that will help SITA establish its presence in that market.
