Color Chips' production centre in Philippines

HYDERABAD: The board of directors of Color Chips has resolved to open a wholly owned subsidiary in Philippines for the purpose of having an overseas production centre to augment current capacity. The company has informed the stock exchanges to this effect on Friday. The company would make a formal application to the Reserve Bank of India in this regard, it said. It, however, did not specify the investment and details on the capacity of the subsidiary.
