Brace by Sanjay Siddhu

NEW DELHI, MAY 28. Sanjay Siddhu scored two goals as former champion Northern Railway defeated Reserve Bank of India (RBI) 3-0 in a senior division group B match in the DSA institutional league football championship at the Ambedkar Stadium here on Friday.

Siddhu struck in the 11th minute but then RBI stalled all the moves made by Northern Railway in the first half. Harish Bisht scored in the 55th minute and Siddhu completed the formalities in the very last minute of the game.

In an A Division match, Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) and Railway Board played out a 1-1 draw. K.K. Singh had provided the lead for Railway Board in the third minute before DTC equalised through S.S. Negi in the 53rd minute.
