HYDERABAD, MAY 28 . The Union Minister of State for Tourism, Renuka Choudhury, met the Chief Minister, Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, on Friday to discuss ways of promoting tourism not only as source of revenue but also of employment. Ms. Choudhury's counterpart from the State, J. Geetha Reddy, was also present at the meeting. Speaking to presspersons later, Ms. Choudhury said Dr. Reddy had been enthusiastic about tapping the State's tourism potential. While they did not discuss specific tourism projects, they spoke of giving importance to rural-centric tourism and involving DWCRA groups in the programmes, she said. She said a special package `Learning India' would soon be launched at all-India level.
