Petty offender murdered

VIJAYAWADA, MAY 29. Itla Lakshmana Rao, 42, was found dead with stab wounds on his stomach near Kothagudulu in One Town here in the early hours of Saturday. Lakshmana Rao, a petty offender had been on hostile terms with other members of his gang of late, according to the police.
