The two-week workshop would be conducted during the time before the EAMCET counselling, which is scheduled for the second week of July, commences. According to a press release, the Institute of Electronic Governance has planned such training programmes in several batches as part of efforts to develop computer skills among students and improve the quality of technical education in the State. Institutions with the necessary infrastructure for the conduct of such courses are being motivated to organise the programmes. Based on the response to the first batch, the workshop for a second batch was likely to be conducted in the first week of July, the release said.
