Envoy-level office for NRIs, PIOs to be closed

NEW DELHI, MAY 30. The Centre today announced that the office of the Ambassador-at-large in-charge of the Non-Resident Indians and People of Indian Origin would be closed from tomorrow.

An External Affairs Ministry spokesman said Bishm Agnihotri, who was Ambassador-at-large of NRIs and PIOs, would be handing over charge tomorrow.
