LONDON, MAY 30. The former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister, Farooq Abdullah, has urged the Manmohan Singh Government to hold a dialogue with all parties, including the Hurriyat Conference, to find a solution to the Kashmir issue. "I request India that they discuss with every single soul, whether Hurriyat or other parties, and make every effort to see that the discussions are fruitful," Dr. Abdullah said, addressing a two-day conference of the International Kashmir Alliance here on Saturday. On the continuing violence in the State, which has claimed about one lakh lives so far, Dr. Abdullah said: "It seems to be unsolvable. There is a false climate of normalcy. It is the lull before a storm. Today, you have visitors in Kashmir. PTI
