KANCHEEPURAM, MAY 30. Three persons were killed in a road accident on the Chennai-Tindivanam Highway near Singaperumalkoil this morning. According to the police, when a mini-lorry carrying poultry from Madurantakam to Chennai rammed a stationary goods carrier, the lorry driver, Selvam (18), and its occupants, Sundaram (25) and Dhandapani (25) were killed. In another accident, Dakshinamurthy (44) and Velu (26) were killed near Thenpakkam on East Coast Road last night when they were knocked down from their cycle by a vehicle.
