Quake in Kutch region

NEW DELHI, JUNE 2. An earthquake of slight intensity rocked the Kutch region of Gujarat this evening.

The India Meteorological Department said that the quake, which occurred around 7.20 p.m., had the intensity of 3.9 on the Richter scale. Its epicentre was 23.3 degrees North latitude and 70.5 degrees East longitude.
