Light rain forecast

The Meteorological Department has forecast light rain in some areas on Thursday. The skies will be partly cloudy.

The city recorded a maximum temperature of 30.1 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 20.1 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. The recorded humidity was 61per cent. The Airport recorded a maximum temperature of 29.7 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 19.6 degrees Celsius.

A press note said the workshop, to be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., was meant to update the participants on emerging trends and innovations in the food and beverage industry, provide an interface with the professionals in the sector, and get updated on best practices.
