Dueba sworn in as Nepal PM

KATHMANDU, JUNE 3. The newly-appointed Prime Minister of Nepal, Sher Bahadur Deuba, was administered the oath of office by King Gyanendra this morning. Mr. Deuba, who was sacked by the King in October 2002 for being `incompetent,' claimed he was reinstated but the notice issued by the Palace said he was appointed under Section 127 of the Constitution.
