eTelecare buys Phase 2 Solutions

CHENNAI, JUNE 5. eTelecare International, a leading US-Philippine call centre company, has announced the acquisition of Phase 2 Solutions, a leading provider of premium customer relationship solutions and one of the fastest growing call centre companies in the U.S. The combined outfit would provide clients a range of cost and location options across a wider variety of industries, says a release. The next step in eTelecare's global growth strategy would be to set up operations in India this year, the release adds.
